Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds, facilities, and equipment to safety standards
- Assist with setup, operation, and breakdown of recreational events and programs
- Interact professionally with park visitors and provide exceptional customer service
- Perform light maintenance tasks including landscaping, trash removal, and minor repairs
- Monitor park conditions and report maintenance needs or safety concerns
- Support youth and adult sports programs, classes, and community initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of groundskeeping and facility maintenance preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Previous experience in parks, recreation, or customer service a plus
