- Collaborate with finance teams on quarterly reporting and audits

- Assist with policy updates and procedural improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Public Administration, or related field
- 2+ years experience in pension administration or benefits management
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and pension software systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication abilities for member interactions
- Knowledge of ERISA, IRS regulations, and Texas pension laws
- Ability to work 20-25 hours weekly with flexible scheduling
