Responsibilities
- Process 911 calls with calm precision and prioritize emergency responses
- Operate Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems and radio equipment

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with 95% accuracy
