Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of policy research or legislative experience
- Proficiency in legal research databases (e.g., LexisNexis, Westlaw)
- Strong analytical and quantitative reasoning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Familiarity with Washington State legislative processes
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
