Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, debris removal, and landscaping support
- Operate light equipment (saws, drills, pressure washers) under supervision
- Assist in road maintenance, park upkeep, and stormwater management projects
- Conduct site safety inspections and maintain organized work zones
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and inventory checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment physical
- Experience with hand/power tools preferred
