Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize digital/physical records with strict confidentiality protocols
- Process and verify incident reports, warrants, and official documents
- Respond to public records requests following state regulations
- Assist with data entry and record retrieval for law enforcement operations
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure documentation accuracy
- Prepare statistical reports for management review
- Implement records retention policies per state guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year clerical or records management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database systems
- Strong attention to detail with 95%+ accuracy in data handling
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality (background check required)
- Basic knowledge of Texas Public Information Act
- Valid Texas driver's license
