Qualifications

- 6+ months experience in records management or administrative support
- Proficiency with document management software (e.g., Laserfiche, OnBase)
- Strong attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Basic knowledge of Ohio public records laws
- Valid Ohio driver's license (for occasional off-site duties)
