Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years records management or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
- Knowledge of Texas Public Information Act and state records policies
- Strong attention to detail with organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Valid Texas driver's license (may be required)
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly desirable
