Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming correspondence, inquiries, and mail for department staff.
- Assist in the preparation, formatting, and distribution of reports, memos, and official documents.
- Provide high-quality customer service and support to residents, businesses, and internal stakeholders.
- Update and maintain accurate records in state databases and filing systems.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and prepare necessary meeting materials.
- Perform data entry and basic research to support ongoing department projects.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office environment is highly desirable.
