Responsibilities
- Process incoming applications and maintain accurate case files in accordance with state regulations.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and provide detailed information to applicants regarding eligibility requirements.
- Assist in the resolution of complex citizen inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive government data and personal information.
- Update and organize departmental records using state-approved database systems.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
