Responsibilities
- Operate X-ray machines, metal detectors, and explosive detection systems to screen passengers and baggage
- Conduct thorough physical pat-downs and baggage searches following TSA protocols
- Monitor security checkpoints to identify suspicious items and behaviors
- Provide excellent customer service while enforcing security regulations
- Document incidents and maintain accurate screening records
- Collaborate with law enforcement during security breaches
- Participate in mandatory security drills and training exercises
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship or legal residency status
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to pass background check and security clearance
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods in fast-paced environments

- Must pass TSA security screening assessment and medical evaluation
