- Operate X-ray machines and walk-through metal detectors to screen passengers and carry-on baggage
- Conduct thorough pat-down searches and baggage inspections as required

- Enforce TSA regulations while providing courteous customer service to travelers
- Document security incidents and maintain accurate screening records
- Collaborate with law enforcement and airport personnel during security alerts
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on security protocols
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship or legal resident status
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening
- Valid U.S. driver's license or state-issued ID
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Basic computer proficiency for operating screening equipment
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
