Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and parcels to residential and commercial addresses along assigned routes
- Collect outgoing mail from mailboxes and collection boxes
- Sort and organize mail according to delivery sequence and USPS regulations
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and maintain accurate delivery records
- Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with the public
- Report any unusual circumstances or delivery issues promptly
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident alien status
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic computer literacy for reporting systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
