- Conduct benefit consultations via virtual platforms for weekend applicants

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years pension administration or benefits management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and pension software
- Arizona state government compliance knowledge preferred
- Strong analytical skills for complex benefit calculations
- Weekend availability (Sat-Sun) and remote work capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) designation a plus
