Responsibilities

Qualifications

- 5+ years of pension plan administration or benefits management experience
- Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) or Qualified Retirement Plan Administrator (QPA) preferred
- Expertise in ERISA compliance, IRS regulations, and pension accounting standards
- Advanced proficiency in pension administration software (e.g., Millennium, Albridge)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and actuarial concepts
