Responsibilities
- Administer and manage defined benefit pension plans for government employees
- Ensure compliance with federal/state pension regulations (ERISA, CalPERS)
- Process retirement applications, benefit calculations, and disbursements
- Conduct annual audits and financial reporting for pension portfolios
- Provide expert guidance to employees on retirement planning and options

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of pension plan administration experience
