Responsibilities
- Administer pension plans including benefit calculations, distributions, and member record maintenance
- Ensure compliance with ERISA, IRS regulations, and Florida Statutes
- Conduct member outreach and retirement counseling sessions
- Collaborate with investment teams to monitor plan assets and funding status
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for state oversight agencies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of pension plan administration experience
- Proficiency with pension management software (e.g., Millennium, Empower)
- Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRC 401(a), and Florida pension laws
- Certified Pension Administrator (CPA) or CEBS designation preferred
- Advanced analytical skills with attention to financial detail
