Responsibilities
- Manage pension plan enrollment, processing, and compliance for state employees
- Analyze retirement benefit calculations and disbursement schedules
- Coordinate with government agencies and financial institutions for fund administration
- Prepare regulatory reports and ensure adherence to ERISA and state pension laws
- Assist retirees with benefit inquiries and claim resolution
- Maintain accurate participant records in pension management systems

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of pension administration or benefits management experience
- Deep knowledge of ERISA, IRS regulations, and Nebraska pension statutes
- Proficiency in pension software (e.g., Millennium, Vangent) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial data accuracy
- Government/public sector experience preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance
