Responsibilities
- Manage pension fund portfolios and investment strategies

- Develop pension policy documentation and procedure manuals
- Collaborate with auditors for annual compliance reviews
- Utilize pension administration software (e.g., Millennium)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years pension administration experience
- SPBC or QPA certification preferred
- Proficient in Excel and pension management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Knowledge of Texas state pension regulations
