Responsibilities
- Administer and manage state pension plan benefits in compliance with federal and state regulations
- Process retirement applications, benefit calculations, and disbursements
- Conduct eligibility reviews and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Develop and implement pension plan policies and procedures
- Provide expert guidance to retirees and employees regarding pension benefits
- Collaborate with auditors and legal teams for compliance assurance

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of pension plan administration or benefits management experience
