Responsibilities
- Manage retirement plan eligibility calculations and benefit disbursements
- Process pension applications and maintain accurate participant records
- Respond to participant inquiries regarding retirement benefits and plan provisions
- Conduct audits of retirement plan data to ensure compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams on policy updates and compliance matters
- Prepare quarterly reports for plan stakeholders and regulatory agencies
- Utilize specialized pension administration software for data management
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years of pension plan administration experience
- Proficiency in ERISA regulations and retirement plan compliance
- Advanced Excel skills with data analysis capabilities
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion
- Valid Ohio driver's license (if travel required)
