Responsibilities
- Develop and implement pension investment strategies aligned with fiduciary responsibilities

- Coordinate with external investment managers and auditors
- Design retirement plan benefits and communication materials
- Lead stakeholder engagement with plan participants and agencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years pension plan management or retirement fund experience
- Deep knowledge of government pension regulations and fiduciary standards
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and regulatory reporting
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience with public sector retirement systems preferred
