- Process retirement applications and ensure compliance with OPM and TSP regulations
- Conduct weekend client consultations via phone and virtual platforms
- Review and audit pension documentation for accuracy and regulatory alignment
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on benefit administration
- Generate monthly reports on pension plan performance and trends
- Maintain secure records in federal compliance systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of pension plan administration or federal benefits experience
- Proficiency with federal retirement systems (e.g., OPM, FERS)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial detail
- Excellent communication skills for remote client interactions
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun shifts with weekday flexibility)
- Federal background investigation clearance eligibility
