Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of pension plan administration or compliance experience
- Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRS regulations, and DOL guidelines
- Proficiency in data analysis and investigation techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
- Professional certification (e.g., CEBS, CFA) preferred
