Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive audits of pension and health benefit plans to ensure ERISA compliance
- Investigate complaints and potential violations of fiduciary responsibilities
- Provide authoritative guidance to plan sponsors on regulatory requirements
- Analyze complex financial documents and operational procedures
- Develop enforcement recommendations for non-compliant plans

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of pension plan administration or benefits compliance experience
- Deep knowledge of ERISA, IRS Code 401(k), and related federal regulations
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex financial data and legal documents
- Superior written and verbal communication abilities
- Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation highly desirable
