Responsibilities
- Process pension enrollment applications and benefit calculations
- Maintain accurate participant records in compliance with ERISA and state regulations
- Assist with retirement plan audits and reporting documentation
- Respond to participant inquiries via phone, email, and in-person channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on plan improvements
- Prepare monthly and quarterly benefit statements
- Support data analysis for plan sustainability forecasting
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Finance, Public Administration, or related field
- Basic knowledge of retirement plan structures (401a/401k/457)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass federal background check
