- Generate compliance reports for OPM and Treasury Department
- Collaborate with HR teams on pension policy implementation
- Maintain confidential participant records per federal standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or HR Management
- 3+ years of pension plan administration experience
- Federal benefits certification (e.g., CBP or QKA) preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and pension software
- Deep understanding of ERISA, TCC, and FERS regulations
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written communication skills for policy documentation
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
