Responsibilities

- Collaborate with finance teams on actuarial valuations and funding strategies
- Develop and implement educational workshops for plan participants
- Manage pension-related audits and regulatory reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Public Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of pension plan administration experience in government or regulated sector
- Proficiency with pension administration software (e.g., Milliman, Mercer)
- Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRS 401(k) regulations, and California pension codes
- Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) or Certified Public Pension Administrator (CPPA) designation
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to complex financial details
- Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance
