Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years pension plan administration experience
- Federal benefits regulations certification (e.g., CEBS, QKA)
- Proficiency with pension management software (e.g., Empower, Millennium)
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- U.S. citizenship and federal security clearance eligibility
