Responsibilities

- Conduct compliance audits to ensure adherence to federal/state pension regulations
- Respond to urgent inquiries during night shift hours via secure communication channels
- Generate monthly financial reports for pension fund performance analysis
- Collaborate with day-shift teams on complex case resolutions
- Maintain confidential records in accordance with HIPAA and FERPA standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Public Administration
- Minimum 3 years of pension administration or benefits experience
- Proficiency with pension management software (e.g., Millennium, Parnassus)

- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
