Responsibilities
- Process emergency and non-emergency calls with accuracy and empathy
- Operate CAD systems and radio equipment for multi-agency coordination
- Provide life-saving instructions via phone during medical emergencies

- Collaborate with officers, firefighters, and EMS teams seamlessly
- Adhere to strict protocols for sensitive information handling
- Participate in scenario-based training exercises weekly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Clear verbal communication skills with neutral accent
- Basic computer proficiency (Windows OS, typing 40+ WPM)
- Pass criminal background check and drug screening
- Must reside in Jefferson County, KY
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
