Responsibilities
- Operate computer-aided dispatch (CAD) systems and radio communications
- Receive and prioritize emergency/non-emergency calls
- Provide critical information to field units and other agencies
- Maintain detailed logs and records of all communications
- Utilize emergency mapping and location systems
- Coordinate resources during critical incidents

Qualifications
