Responsibilities
- Process emergency calls and prioritize dispatch of police, fire, and medical resources
- Operate CAD/RMS systems to maintain accurate incident documentation
- Provide critical information to field units during active incidents

- Maintain radio communication protocols under high-pressure situations

Qualifications
