Responsibilities
- Process emergency and non-emergency calls with exceptional accuracy and empathy
- Dispatch police units using CAD systems and radio communication protocols
- Maintain detailed call logs and incident documentation
- Coordinate with multi-agency responders during critical incidents
- Operate emergency notification systems and crisis management tools
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance standards
- Participate in ongoing training for new technologies and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and polygraph examination

- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
