Responsibilities
- Answer emergency and non-emergency calls via 911 and administrative lines
- Operate CAD systems and radio equipment for law enforcement/fire/EMS coordination
- Process incident reports and maintain accurate records
- Provide clear, concise instructions to callers during critical situations
- Collaborate with officers and first responders during active incidents
- Adhere to strict protocols for sensitive information handling
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Florida Driver's License
- Pass background check, polygraph, and drug screening
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Clear communication skills (verbal/written)
- Basic computer proficiency
