Responsibilities
- Process emergency/non-emergency calls with accuracy and empathy
- Dispatch police units and emergency services using CAD/RMS systems
- Maintain detailed incident documentation and radio logs
- Coordinate multi-agency responses during critical incidents
- Operate communication equipment per department protocols
- Train on department policies, procedures, and legal requirements
- Perform data entry and administrative support duties
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Must pass background check, polygraph, and psychological evaluation
- Ability to type 40+ WPM (will be tested)
- Clear speaking voice with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high-stress environments
- Basic computer proficiency (Windows OS)
- US citizenship and NV residency required
- Must be 18+ years old
