Responsibilities
- Process emergency and non-emergency calls with accuracy and compassion
- Operate radio systems to coordinate police, fire, and EMS responses
- Maintain detailed logs of all communications and incidents
- Utilize CAD systems to track unit locations and status updates

Qualifications
