Responsibilities
- Process 911 and non-emergency calls with speed and accuracy
- Operate computer-aided dispatch (CAD) systems during emergencies
- Coordinate field units using radio communication protocols
- Maintain detailed incident logs and case documentation
- Apply crisis intervention techniques for high-stress situations
- Collaborate with fire/EMS agencies during multi-agency responses

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (college preferred)
