Responsibilities
- Process emergency/non-emergency calls with exceptional accuracy and empathy
- Operate CAD/RMS systems and radio equipment during critical incidents
- Coordinate multi-agency responses including fire, EMS, and SWAT teams
- Maintain detailed logs of all communications and incident reports
- Apply de-escalation techniques during crisis situations
- Perform data entry with 100% compliance with NIMS protocols
- Train on E911 systems and GIS mapping technologies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 50 WPM typing proficiency (certified test required)
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and polygraph
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Experience in customer service or high-pressure environments
- Basic computer literacy with MS Office proficiency
