Responsibilities
- Process emergency/non-emergency calls with speed and precision
- Operate Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) and radio systems
- Coordinate field resources during critical incidents
- Maintain accurate call logs and incident documentation
- Provide life-saving instructions to callers in distress
- Collaborate with police/fire/EMS agencies seamlessly
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and HIPAA protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid Arizona Driver's License
- Pass background check and polygraph examination
- Type 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Clear articulation and exceptional listening skills
- U.S. citizenship and AZ residency required
