Responsibilities
- Process emergency and non-emergency calls with precision and empathy
- Operate radio communication systems to coordinate first responders
- Maintain accurate incident logs and digital records
- Multitask during high-pressure situations while prioritizing critical information
- Utilize CAD systems for real-time dispatching and resource allocation
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and HIPAA protocols
- Collaborate with law enforcement, fire, and EMS teams

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with accuracy
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
- Pass criminal background check and drug screening
- U.S. citizenship or legal resident status
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to remain calm during emergency situations
