Responsibilities
- Answer emergency and non-emergency calls with compassion and efficiency
- Operate computer-aided dispatch (CAD) systems and radio communications
- Remain composed during critical incidents and provide precise instructions
- Coordinate seamlessly with police, fire, and EMS personnel
- Maintain detailed logs of all communications and incidents
- Adhere to strict protocols and confidentiality standards

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- U.S. citizenship and minimum age of 18
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Proficient typing with minimum 35 WPM accuracy
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
