Responsibilities
- Process 911 and non-emergency calls with precision and empathy
- Dispatch emergency services (police, fire, EMS) using CAD systems
- Maintain detailed incident logs and radio communications
- Provide critical information to first responders during emergencies
- Operate multiple communication systems simultaneously
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and department policies

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with accuracy
