Responsibilities
- Process 911/emergency calls with exceptional speed and accuracy
- Dispatch police units using CAD systems during critical incidents
- Maintain precise radio communication protocols with field personnel
- Enter/update sensitive data in law enforcement databases
- Coordinate multi-agency responses during emergencies
- Provide crisis intervention to callers in high-stress situations
- Adhere to all NIMS and NCIC compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass background check and polygraph examination
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid New Mexico driver's license with clean record
- U.S. citizenship or legal resident status
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Basic computer proficiency with MS Office Suite
