Responsibilities
- Process emergency/non-emergency calls using CAD systems and radio communications
- Dispatch appropriate personnel (police, fire, EMS) to incidents
- Maintain accurate incident logs and documentation
- Provide critical information to first responders during emergencies
- Operate multi-line telephone systems and computer-aided dispatch equipment
- Coordinate with other agencies during multi-jurisdictional incidents
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Clear speaking voice and excellent communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn specialized software
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Must be 18+ years old and US citizen
