Responsibilities
- Process emergency/non-emergency calls and dispatch appropriate personnel
- Operate CAD/RMS systems with precision and efficiency
- Maintain accurate radio communications protocols
- Coordinate with fire, EMS, and other law enforcement agencies
- Document incident reports and maintain digital records
- Provide crisis intervention and calming assistance to callers
- Participate in continuous training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Clear criminal background check and drug screen
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Ability to work rotating shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Strong situational judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- U.S. citizenship and valid Arizona driver's license
- Experience in customer service or public safety (beneficial)
