Responsibilities
- Process and prioritize 911 emergency calls with exceptional speed and accuracy
- Dispatch police units and emergency services using CAD systems and radio protocols
- Maintain detailed incident logs and provide real-time situational updates

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 18 years of age at time of hire
- U.S. citizenship or legal resident status
- Pass comprehensive background investigation and polygraph
