Responsibilities
- Process emergency and non-emergency calls with speed and accuracy
- Operate radio communication systems to coordinate police units
- Enter and maintain detailed incident reports in CAD systems

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- U.S. citizenship and valid MA driver's license
- Ability to pass background investigation and polygraph exam
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with 90% accuracy

- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts including nights/weekends
