Responsibilities
- Process 911 calls with precision and compassion
- Dispatch emergency services using CAD/RMS systems
- Maintain radio communications with field units
- Document incidents accurately in digital systems
- Coordinate multi-agency emergency responses
- Operate specialized dispatch equipment (provided)
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and protocol standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Arizona Driver's License
- Pass background investigation and polygraph
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights
- Basic computer proficiency
- Clear speaking voice with strong communication skills
- No criminal history violations
