Responsibilities
- Process emergency and non-emergency calls with accuracy and empathy
- Operate CAD systems and radio communications protocols
- Coordinate field units during critical incidents
- Maintain detailed incident documentation and logs
- Provide crisis intervention and caller guidance
- Collaborate with fire, EMS, and other agencies
- Adhere to all NIMS and departmental protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Valid Arizona Driver's License
- Ability to work flexible rotating shifts
- U.S. citizenship or legal resident status
